What We've Heard
Thoughts from our clients.
“Since I have been exercising every day at home, the soreness in my hip has gone away and I find it much easier to go up and down the stairs. Exercise DVDs keep me moving during the long winter months when I can’t get outside to work in the garden or take my usual walks.”
Carmela, 75 years old
“I have followed the Attune exercise program since January 2015. I have arthritis in basically every joint in my body and I have had surgeries and take medications for it. I find by following this program I am standing taller and remaining flexible. It only takes half an hour per day and I can fit it in at times that are convenient.”
Joanne, 77 years old
“It’s always so very important for us to keep our bodies moving, especially as we get older. We want to stay healthy and independent for as long as we can manage, but often things happen that are beyond our control. We may not be able to walk freely anymore, or find it painful to perform daily chores. That’s why home exercise videos proved so very helpful for us. We could ignore the long and bitterly cold winter by exercising inside following the instructions on the videos. My wife with her disability to walk freely could do them in a sitting position, and I exercised standing beside her. Regular exercise keeps all important muscles in our bodies moving. This has helped us get through the winter, and we will keep doing these exercises for as long as we can.”
Ed, 87 years old
“I’m 80 years old and a set of simple exercises is exactly what I need. Exercising those muscles that we use every day so we can remain active and comfortable in our senior years is very important. It’s much more economical to use an exercise program on DVD rather than joining an expensive gym and I like exercising in the comfort of my home.”
Sam, 80 years old
